You can cancel for free until 7 days before arrival. You'll be charged the total price of the reservation if you cancel within 7 days of arrival. If you don't show up, the no-show fee will be the same as the cancellation fee

Children of all ages are welcome. Prices and maximum occupancy depend on the number and ages of the guests included in the reservation. When searching for a stay, please include all adults and children to receive the correct price and suitable room options.

The minimum age for check-in is 18

All guest rooms are strictly non-smoking. A designated undercover smoking area is available. Smoking or vaping is not permitted immediately outside guest rooms because smoke may enter neighbouring rooms and affect other guests. Additional cleaning costs may apply where smoking has occurred in a room.

Pets are permitted only in the designated Pet-Friendly Superior Queen Room.
Maximum 1 dog per room, with a maximum weight of 20 kg.
A pet fee of AUD $35 per stay applies and is payable directly at the property.
Advance notice is required.
Guests travelling with a pet will be sent a Pet Agreement prior to arrival and must read and accept the agreement as a condition of bringing a pet onto the property.

A portable cot may be available for an infant on request. Please request it at least 72 hours before arrival. Cot availability is not guaranteed until confirmed by us.

Parties/events are not allowed.

Property is for paying guests only.

Please respect quiet hours from 10.30pm - 7am. Kindly behave in a way that does not impact other guests and our neighbours.

Guests must leave rooms and shared facilities in a reasonably clean and tidy condition. Additional cleaning fees may apply where cleaning beyond normal housekeeping is required, including excessive rubbish, stains, smoke, strong odours or excessive soiling.

Guests are responsible for taking reasonable care of the room, furnishings, keys and other motel property. Any damage, breakage, loss or missing items must be reported to management promptly. The registered guest may be charged the reasonable repair, replacement or additional cleaning costs caused by the guest, other occupants or their visitors.

Management may enter a guest room where reasonably necessary for emergencies, safety concerns, urgent maintenance, suspected damage or serious breaches of these Terms. Stonez Boutique Accommodation may terminate a stay and require a guest to leave for serious or repeated misconduct, including:
abusive, threatening or antisocial behaviour;
excessive noise or serious intoxication;
illegal activity;
smoking or vaping inside rooms;
deliberate or reckless damage;
unauthorised parties, animals or overnight guests;
exceeding maximum room occupancy; or
refusing to follow reasonable safety or management instructions.
Where appropriate, guests may first be given an opportunity to correct the conduct. Serious breaches may result in immediate removal without a refund for the unused stay, subject to applicable law.

Guests are responsible for securing their room, vehicles and personal belongings. To the extent permitted by law, Stonez Boutique Accommodation is not responsible for loss, theft, injury or damage caused by a guest's negligence, misconduct, failure to follow safety instructions or events outside our reasonable control. Guests must exercise care around insects and wildlife and must not approach, feed or interfere with wildlife.
